Le Partite di Oggi – 11 Marzo 2014 – Champions League

Tutti gli orari ed il programma calcistico di martedì 11 Marzo 2014. Oggi si giocheranno due match degli ottavi di finale di Champions League: Bayern Monaco-Arsenal e Atletico Madrid-Milan. Per i rossoneri la partita di questa sera sarà quella della verità, potenzialmente in grado di restituire un po’ di dignità a questa stagione sciagurata, come anche di deprimere definitivamente tutto l’ambiente.

Gli spagnoli dell’Atletico Madrid si sono guadagnati sul campo i “gradi” di squadra di prima fascia, ma il Milan ha sempre dalla sua parte la Storia, fattore da non sottovalutare mai in campo internazionale. Il Milan è tra le pochissime società che riescono non solo a dare qualcosa in più in Europa rispetto alle concorrenti, ma anche ad incutere un certo timore riverenziale agli avversari.

In panchina i rossoneri possono contare su un uomo come Clarence Seedorf che ben conosce l’atmosfera della Champions League, così come la storia rossonera e l’ambiente madrileno, avendo giocato per tre anni con la maglia del Real nella sua lunga carriera calcistica. D’altra parte il Milan aveva già disputato un’ottima partita in casa, salvo poi farsi beffare da un gol di Diego Costa negli ultimi minuti. Per questo motivo è legittimo aspettarsi di vedere un Milan battagliero anche questa sera, che avrà il compito di portare alto il vessillo del calcio nazionale che continua a sprofondare nel ranking europeo a suon di batoste.

Le buone notizie per il Milan arrivano dall’infermeria, perché questa sera Seedorf avrà a disposizione tutte le sue pedine, compresi Poli, Rami e Bonera rimasti fuori dalla lista dei convocati per la partita contro l’Udinese. Ci sarà anche il più atteso di tutti, ossia Mario Balotelli, che ha sempre quell’etichetta di campione incompiuto da scrollarsi di dosso.

L’altro ottavo di finale tra Bayern Monaco ed Arsenal ha, almeno sulla carta, poche emozioni da regalare; nella partita d’andata i tedeschi si sono imposti 2-0 e molto difficilmente rimetteranno in discussione la qualificazione ai quarti di finale davanti al pubblico dell’Allianz Arena.
