Borussia Dortmund-Bayern Monaco 0-2: Carlo Ancelotti si aggiudica il suo primo trofeo della stagione e fa già meglio del predecessore Pep Guardiola. Il tecnico italiano, infatti, alza al cielo quella supercoppa di Germania che sembrava stregata per lo spagnolo.
Battuti gli eterni rivali gialloneri, che pure giocavano tra le mura amiche. Le reti arrivano nella ripresa, dopo una prima frazione di gioco conclusa con il punteggio di 0-0. Apre Vidal al 58’ con un tocco morbido dopo una corta respinta del portiere avversario. Raddoppia Muller al 79’ da posizione ravvicinata. Buona la gara del Borussia Dortmund, che però non riesce a scardinare la difesa bavarese nonostante diverse occasioni da gol.
