Tutti gli orari ed il programma calcistico di martedì 12 Marzo 2013. Torna in scena la Champions League con due partite degli ottavi di finale di ritorno: Barcellona – Milan e Schalke 04 – Galatasaray. La gara più interessante per noi italiani è senza dubbio quella tra i rossoneri di Allegri ed i catalani. Alla vigilia di questa doppia sfida la formazione nostrana era considerata un po’ da tutti una vittima sacrificale destinata all’eliminazione, rischiando oltretutto una brutta figura. Quando a dicembre infatti era stati effettuati i sorteggi, il Barcellona stava collezionando goleade, mentre invece il Milan stentava a trovare una propria dimensione.
Con il passare delle settimane la squadra di Allegri è cresciuta progressivamente, mentre invece il Barcellona ha iniziato a perdere colpi, prima di smarrire completamente la strada maestra proprio in occasione della partita d’andata contro i rossoneri persa con un secco 2-0. Dopo quel Ko, sono arrivati altri due duri colpi da digerire; l’eliminazione in semifinale della Coppa del Re per mano del Real Madrid, ed una seconda sconfitta, questa volta in campionato, sempre contro la squadra di Mourinho.
Anche nelle altre partite giocate contro squadre di medio livello, gli spagnoli sono parsi decisamente poco brillanti, aiutati solo da ‘invenzioni’ dei singoli, e soprattutto in continuo affanno in fase difensiva. Messi e compagni hanno già promesso una ‘remuntada’ ai tifosi, come fecero anche nel 2010 contro l’Inter, quando però non riuscirono nell’impresa. L’altra partita della serata è quella tra i tedeschi dello Schalke 04 ed il Galatasaray, che si affronteranno alla Veltins-Arena dopo l’1-1 del 20 febbraio scorso in Turchia.
